Unfortunately there is no way to turn those off unless you disable the idle notifier plugin. Do you have the "Configures if idle animation notifications are enabled" option in the idle notifier turned off? There is a idle logout notifer which fires every 4 minutes and 40 seconds like you have stated. I think it might have something to do with the idle alerts, the only idle alerts I have turned on is for prayer and it's set to 1 prayer point, but the sound comes at different states of my prayer. So I've just started using RuneLite and sometimes I get a windows sound playing as if I was trying to delete text in a field without text also the sound it plays when I run out of prayer.
